Humaima Malick is known for picking up challenging characters. She has always done notable roles in her career. Last year was big for Humaima as she shined as the ruthless Daro in The Legend of Maula Jatt while also making a strong comeback on television as Jindo on Green Entertainment.
Humaima Malick was a guest on BBC Urdu where she talked about her character in Jindo. She said that she had to learn a new language for the drama and a lot of action sequences were there which made Jindo very interesting to her. Humaima also revealed some unknown facts about Jindo. She shared that she was not the first choice for the drama. Jindo was first offered to Amina Sheikh but she couldn’t do it as she just had a baby. Then it came to Humaima and she said yes to it.

She also shared that she had to shoot some intense scenes. When she had to shoot the scene of Jindo’s husband’s death and when she carried his body home, it was very emotional and difficult for her to perform. She felt those emotions as she ran through that desert and it was a challenging scene.
